台北市列管9萬2000餘株樹木，蘇迪勒颱風造成超過1萬1000多株樹木受損，北市公園處園藝工程隊股長蔡正宏表示，受損多為淺根系植物，例如榕樹，但目前尚難以統計受損最多的樹種；他表示，目標2周內清理完成。
北市列管9萬2000餘株樹木中，以榕樹1萬3000株最多，其次是樟樹8162株、茄苳8058株。其中，榕樹為淺根系。
直到昨天，這次颱風造成北市樹木包括斷枝、傾斜及全倒已超過1萬1000多株。蔡正宏說，公園處處理方式為先將影響主要道路的受損樹木放在一旁，最後再清理，過去蘇力颱風造成北市3609株樹木全倒，耗費46天清理，這次目標為2周清理完畢。
台北市長柯文哲昨表示，樹倒這麼多，包括行道樹的樹穴會不會太小、要種什麼樹，都是給市府一個機會重新反省。他坐車在市區繞，很多樹是整個樹穴翻出來，表示空間太小了。柯文哲說，要尋找「妥協點」，由工務局、交通局和環保局跨局處討論。
此外，北市復舊還有河濱公園，最嚴重的中正橋旁淤泥達60公分厚，不過影響通勤車道的部分會優先處理，昨天已開啟基隆河第5至11號、11-1號水門，及內溝溪第1、2號水門，另還有26個水門將視清理狀況陸續開啟。
